For this project you need to work with the file I have linked below and add an external stylesheet to the file. You will need to change every aspect of the page. You will need to have different color links on the left side than you have at the top and bottom. The background needs to be in the external style sheet and it needs to not change as you scroll up and down. So when you scroll down, it should not continue to tile down your page. This is called fixed when you search for it online.
